Accessibility.US uses secure screen-sharing technology to enable us to easily view and remotely control your computer during a support session.  

First we direct you to a web site and invite you to a remote support session over the phone.

Second we provide you a 9-digit support key and our remote session starts.
Secure to Use
Accessibility.US remote access is fully encrypted end-to-end using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and government-approved 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption combined with RSA public/private key encryption.

Our tiered server architecture stores all data two tiers away from the Internet.  access is through a mediating application server.
